कॅमेरा भिंग
कॅमेऱ्याच्या ज्या बाजूकडून प्रकाश शलाका प्रकाशसंवेदी पटलावर पडते त्या बाजूवर सामान्य प्रकाशशलाकेचे रुपांतर ज्या भागाकडून केले जाते तो भाग म्हणजेच कॅमेराचे भिंग किंवा लेन्स. या लेन्सची क्षमता नाभीय अंतराच्या एककात मध्ये मोजली जाते. हे नाभीय अंतर म्हणजे लेन्सची काही विशिष्ट अंतरावरील वस्तू फोकस करण्याची क्षमता म्हणता येईल. जेवढे जास्त नाभीय अंतर असेल तेवढे दूरची वस्तू फोकसमध्ये ठेवता येते. सगळ्याच लेन्सवर हे अंतर लिहिलेले असते.
